Irish Propane

Irish Propane, Buffalo, NY

Irish propane's roof had seen better days and was in need of replacement to stop water from coming into the building.

The old style built-up-roof, (tar, felts and gravel),  was prepared by removing the existing stone ballast, pressure washing the surface, and fixing the lose felts.  A complete removal of the existing roofing was not required and after proper preparation, a monolithic layer of foam and silicone coating was spray-applied directly over the existing roof surface.  The concrete block side-wall also received coating to seal the block where the weather had deteriorated its surface.

The owner is very pleased with the new roofing system as it stopped all leaks and was installed with no disruption of their daily operation.
